Is this a private course?
Although located in a gated community, the golf course is open to the public. The course does have regular events throughout the week day morning hours as well as weekend morning scrambles with club members. Please check the events page to see our the current schedule.
How do you book a tee time?
Currently we are asking that you call our pro shop at (540) 659-4478 to reserve a tee time.
Is the course 9 or 18 holes?
The Aquia Harbour Golf Course is a beautifully developed and maintained nine-hole golf course with alternate tees and pin placements for the back nine holes that create a challenging and interesting 18-hole round of golf.
Player Expectations
Aquia Harbour Property Owners Association has opened their community based nine hole course to the public. Our residents have expectations of those daily guests who desire to play the course. All players should make proper reservations for playing by calling our pro shop at 540.659.4478 and arriving at least 15 minutes prior to their reservation. Upon arrival players must check into the pro shop and all players are required to have their own equipment with bag (limited rental equipment available and should be reserved at time of tee time reservation). Your golf cart is equipped with sand bottle for use in filling divots on the course and please repair all ball marks. Your golf cart should always follow our rules of strict 90 degrees from path to ball and then back to path with no carts ever within 50 yards of any green. The course winds its way through the neighborhood so if you have never played our course please ask for a course map to assist you in getting from greens to tees as you play. We hope you enjoy your time with us and that you as a guest respect your rental golf cart and our course.
Additional Information
The golf course includes a comprehensive practice facility with a driving range, a putting and chipping green, and PGA.
